Born in Germany and raised in Massachusetts and Ontario, Jeffery was called to the Ontario Bar in 1992 and the BC Bar in 1995. Jeffery is a seasoned trial lawyer. Jeffery has appeared before the BC Provincial Court, the Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal. Among other areas, his litigation practice specializes in employment law (wrongful dismissal), in addition to complex commercial litigation, estate matters, entertainment, strata property law, internet and high tech law, real estate litigation, product liability and insurance.
In his spare time, Jeffery is an avid road cyclist and mountain biker
