Articling Student

Kevin is an articling student at Wiebe Wittmann Robertson. He is expected to be called to the British Columbia bar in October 2022. Presently, Kevin is on rotation working with the partners and lawyers at the firm assisting them with various legal cases. In his short tenure, Kevin has represented clients before the Residential Tendency Board and the B.C. Provincial Court. Beyond litigation, Kevin has experience with real estate development, employment law, corporate structuring, and intellectual property files. Kevin’s foremost focus is on commercial litigation, real estate development, and business law.

Kevin received his Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law at Lakehead University. During law school he was the research assistant to his Evidence, Civil Procedure, and Trust professors. As part of his law school’s curriculum, Kevin interned at Waddell Phillips, a busy class action litigation firm in downtown Toronto.

Prior to obtaining his JD and joining WWR, Kevin had a career in marketing and business development working at the Starbucks Canadian Vancouver Office and the Nestle Canada Vancouver Office. Kevin obtained his Bachelor of Art from Trinity Western University and Business Management certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
